Three Pyrox Ovens Side By Side In The Czech Republic
A great example of this collaboration can be found at ATALIAN CZ s.r.o. in the Czech Republic. The site is now home to no fewer than three Pyrox pyrolysis ovens installed side by side.
The installations form an important part of ATALIAN’s specialised surface treatment centre. Here, a wide range of metal components from industries including the automotive, plastics, electric motor and recycling sectors are cleaned using thermal paint stripping.
During this process, organic materials such as coatings, resins, paints and plastics are thermally removed from metal components. Pyrox technology uses a controlled process in a low-oxygen oven environment. The released organic compounds are then combusted in an integrated afterburner room at a minimum temperature of 850°C.
