Pyrox bv provides its customers a 24 hour service in collaboration with ICAM bv.
Thanks to expertise and years of experience Pyrox bv offers custom-made ovens in addition to the standard range of ovens.
After intensive consultation on site at and with the customer, the ovens are developed and calculated according to the specific wishes of the customer.
The loading information is an important parameter for the oven information. Size of parts, weight, material type, degree of contamination, type of pollution… are parameters that are used as information for the calculation. Afterwards, the results are discussed with the customer, and after approval the 3D drawings are made.
All ovens comply with local emissions guidelines, but are also designed according to user friendliness and safety of the user.

Design
After the ovens have been calculated, they are drawn in 3D in preparation for the production.
All ovens are drawn in the Solid Work drawing package.
The customer obtains a 3D sketch so that, after consultation, adjustments can still be made to the design.

Production – Installation – Education
Then the production of the oven is started, and the programming of the installation.
The commissioning takes place at the customer’s site, a training is provided for the employees and the manual fort he use of the oven and the software is handed over to the customer.
