To consolidate its position as a market leader while simultaneously reducing its ecological footprint, Längle chose the advanced thermal cleaning technology of the Belgian company Pyrox bv.
The Challenge: Efficient Cleaning with Heat Recovery
In the powder coating process, it is essential that suspension tools are regularly and thoroughly stripped of coating residues. Traditionally, this is an energy-intensive process. Therefore, Längle had been looking for a solution that not only delivers high-quality results but also aligns with the principles of sustainable business practices.
The Pyrox Solution
Pyrox bv supplied a tailor-made pyrolysis oven. What makes this specific installation unique is its integration with a heat exchanger.
· Thermal Recycling: The energy released during the pyrolysis process is no longer lost; instead, it is captured by the heat exchanger and used to produce hot water.
· Circular Energy: This recovered heat is fed directly back into Längle’s production process, significantly reducing the need for external energy sources.
The Result: A Green Competitive Advantage
Thanks to Pyrox’s expertise, Längle has succeeded in reducing operational costs while minimizing CO₂ emissions. The installation demonstrates that industrial efficiency and environmental responsibility can go hand in hand.
