Ansova Staalcoating is a young and innovative company, built on years of experience and expertise. They support steel constructors, racking system builders, and machine manufacturers for the powder coating of steel in a wide range of lengths, weights, and volumes. With modern equipment, a hands-on mentality, and their own circular coating solution, Circulayer, they deliver fast, sustainable results with consistent quality.
With the acquisition of a Pyrox oven, Ansova is taking an important step towards further improving the sustainability of its coating process. Thanks to this technology, steel can be efficiently and environmentally friendly stripped of coatings and reused within a circular process.
The Pyrox oven uses thermal decoating, in which organic coating layers are carefully broken down at high temperatures without the use of chemicals or solvents. In addition, Pyrox technology is designed for optimal energy management and minimal emissions, perfectly aligning with Ansova’s modern and energy-efficient oven park.
For Ansova, this means:
· reuse of steel while maintaining quality
· no chemical waste or wet cleaning processes
· lower environmental impact and emissions
· a stable and circular process
· faster response and flexibility for their customers
A perfect match with Ansova’s sustainable vision
Sustainability is at the core of Ansova’s way of working. Powder coating is an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional liquid paint, requiring fewer raw materials, no solvents, and resulting in a lower impact across the entire life cycle of the steel. With their own circular coating and the recycling of excess powder, Ansova strongly focuses on reducing environmental impact.
Building a circular steel industry together
Pyrox works with innovative partners who want to move forward and dare to invest in sustainable solutions. Ansova is a strong example of this. With this investment, Ansova strengthens its position as one of the most modern steel coaters in the Netherlands and increases its flexibility toward steel constructors, racking system builders, and machine manufacturers.
We would especially like to thank "Jan-Bart van Merksteijn" and all his colleagues who helped realize this project within the agreed timeframe.
