Aalberts Surface Technologies SAS, specialized in surface treatment in Pulversheim (France), supplies almost all industries with highly functional coatings.
We are leaders in corrosion protection, non-stick and slip coatings,
traction coatings, wear protection, antimicrobial coatings and easy-to-clean
applications.
In order to reorganize our plant, to develop new products and to further
expand our capacities, we decided at the beginning of 2020, with the
support of our management, to invest in a new pyrolysis oven.
We contacted the company Pyrox bv, because they had already installed some
of their ovens in other Aalberts plants. Our German colleagues gave us a good
feedback and recommended Pyrox to us.
We had to postpone our investment project because of the Covid-19
crisis, but finally, we ordered the new oven in January 2021.
Pyrox managed to deliver the oven in June 2021, just before the visit of
our top management in Pulversheim. They were all impressed by the high quality
of the equipment !
Since the beginning of July, we have been using the new oven on a daily
basis. We are very happy with the good working conditions and the automatic
programs help us to save time in our production organization.
