For over 65 years, Molcon Interwheels has been offering the right solutions for wheels and tyres. Our own production of custom wheels has allowed us to acquire a unique know-how which, togheter with our outstanding customer relationship, has formed the basis for a leading position in the market for more than half a century.
To be able to clean and to remove the paint of the metal rims internally, Molcon Interwheels decided to replace the existing thermal cleaning oven and to work together with the company Pyrox bv.

We are now working with an oven with 8 times more capacity. This realization was achieved on the one hand by working closely with Mr. Patrick Van Noten during the design phase. An important step in this was to optimize the interior dimensions of the oven compared to those of the old oven.
The interior lining of the new oven is also better protected by this design. This is also due to the thinking exercises during the design phase.
Compared to the old oven, pyrolysis is better / more complete, which is also noticeable by the extent to which the lacquer easily falls off the product when it is removed from the oven.
Commissioning went very smoothly. We have hardly expierenced any problems. After connecting gas and water, we received the necessary information to start using the oven. An extra batch per day is possible by means of the timer function that you can set on the handy digital screen.
The oven is user-friendly, practical and easy to maintain.
In general, we can say that we can look back on many years of very successful cooperation with Pyrox bv and that we are also very satisfied with the result of this last project.
