To offer companies a complete cleaning process consisting of the pre-treatment, the removal of paint residues and the after-treatment.

As the products are cleaned on location it is not only more efficient but it also extends the lifespan of the essential products as shackles, panels, baking trays…
What developments/solutions does your company offer for these trends?
Today as a producer of pyrolysis – low oxygen cleaning - ovens it is important that our products fulfil the strict environment legislation regarding emissions.
Another challenge in the cleaning process is to meet with the speed which whom the customer wants his products ready to use again in the production process.
The cleaning of products within the own powder coating by pyrolysis:
- fast cleaning of shackles, panels and wrongly sprayed components
- longer lifespan of the cleaned materials, more quickly ready for use
- technical support and maintenance
- no need for transport
