N-ICE Clean, a company from Maldegem specialized in the complete overhaul and cleaning of printing presses by means of dry ice. The parts are blasted with CO2 dry ice. With the pyrolysis oven aluminum and iron parts are thermally cleaned. The cleaning process lasts 12 hours, due to the very slow and controlled heating of the temperature the parts do not deform. For example, paint and silicone are converted into dust.
