METOX OVENS
The METOX oven finds its application there where large parts needs to be cleaned, but contaminated with a small amount of organic material.This model features the same control box as our Pyrox ovens, but features a smaller post-combustion chamber. Making this an extremely economical alternative in certain applications.

A precise temperature distribution in the cleaning process remains necessary with the use of the METOX oven.
As with the Pyrox furnaces the process plays itself out in a low oxygen environment. This guarantees a perfect protection off the materials/parts. To achieve this, the furnace is equipped with industrial burners. The temperature control remains optimal and the materials retain their original specifications.
All METOX ovens meet the strict environmental requirements. Also, with a smaller post-combustion chamber of the oven continues to be able to ignite the released gases in which results that there will be no harmful emissions.
The METOX furnace is also equipped with the advanced control of Jumo what makes that the oven is easy to operate and can be remotely monitored, so that the furnace can be adjusted if necessary.
